Quality Audits - QP16
Internal Quality Audits
QMR responsible for creation of annual audit programme. Approved by MD Trained and competent parson , independent of the area being audited allocated. Audit carried out and recorded on standard audit check list. Auditor signs final page. Non-conformances are reported during the audit and are raised as per NCR Process. Results of audits reviewed at Management Review Meeting.
